Classified Documents Found , in Biden's Private Office .<br />CNN reports that President Joe Biden has come <br />under scrutiny over classified documents discovered <br />in his office from his time as vice president.<br />According to Biden and his White House legal team, <br />they do not know what the classified documents <br />contain as they did not review them.<br />CNN reports that the files were found in November <br />while Biden's personal attorneys were closing out an <br />office that Biden used at the University of Pennsylvania. .<br />The documents were discovered when <br />the President’s personal attorneys were <br />packing files housed in a locked closet <br />to prepare to vacate office space at <br />the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C, Richard Sauber, Special counsel to Biden, via CNN.<br />According to Biden's legal team, the documents were<br />handed over to the National Archives after they <br />were found and are continuing to cooperate in the matter. .<br />The news broke as Biden and his team <br />prepare for a summit with the leaders of <br />the United States' neighboring countries. .<br />CNN reports that the classified materials included <br />some files marked top-secret with the "sensitive <br />compartmented information" designation, or SCI.<br />SCI is used to designate <br />highly sensitive information <br />obtained by intelligence sources.<br />Since that discovery, the President’s <br />personal attorneys have cooperated with <br />the Archives and the Department of Justice <br />in a process to ensure that any Obama-Biden <br />Administration records are appropriately <br />in the possession of the Archives, Richard Sauber, Special counsel to Biden, via CNN
