It is amazing how easy restaurant prime dishes can be cooked home. We believe you will like this recipe and want to cook it time and again. Shrimp pasta is a perfect, quick and easy dish that you will cook in 20 minutes. <br /><br /> ✅ Ingredients:<br />• shrimp (cooked-frozen) – 7 oz / 200 g <br />• spaghetti (other pasta) – 7 oz / 200 g <br />• cream (milk) – 3 fl oz / 100 ml <br />• parmesan (any hard cheese) – 2 oz / 60 g <br />• butter – 1 oz /40 g <br />• olive oil – 2 tbsp <br />• garlic – 2 cloves <br />• salt – 2 tbsp <br />• ground black pepper – ½ tsp <br />• parsley – 2 tbsp / 10 g <br />You will need:<br />• carving board <br />• stockpot <br />• pan <br /> <br /> Preparation: <br />1. Defrost the shrimp, peel and devein, wash with cold water. <br />2. Pour 8 cups / 2 l of water into a stockpot, add the olive oil, 1½ tbsp of salt, bring to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. If no «al dente» instruction on a package then boil for 1-1,5 minutes less than indicated on it. Pour off 3 fl oz / 100 ml of the water, the pasta boiled in, for a sauce. <br />3. Chop up the parsley leaves and mince the garlic. <br />4. Heat a pan with the butter, add the shrimps, ½ tsp of salt and ground black pepper each and fry on both sides until golden over high heat for 2 minutes. <br />5. Add the garlic and fry for a minute more, pour in the cream, 3 fi oz / 100 ml of that water the pasta boiled in, add the parmesan, reduce the heat to medium and stir until smooth sauce consistence. <br />6. In 2 minutes drain the pasta. <br />7. Add into the pan and combine well all the ingredients. Sprinkle your creamy shrimp pasta with the grated parmesan and parsley and serve hot to the table.
