Recipe of traditional German hot appetizer is fried champignons with garlic sauce. Very tasty and always a right thing. <br /> <br />✅ Ingredients:<br />• champignons – 21 oz /600 g <br />• bulb onion – 4 oz /100 g <br />• butter – 3,5 oz /100 g <br />• vegetable oil – 2 tbsp <br />• italian seasoning blend – 1 tbsp <br />• smoked sweet paprika – 1 tsp <br />• salt – ½ tsp <br />• ground black pepper – 1 tsp <br />Sauce: <br />• sour cream – 7 oz /180 g <br />• mayonnaise – 2 tbsp <br />• salt – ½ tsp <br />• garlic – 3 cloves <br />• italian seasoning blend – 1 tbsp <br /><br />✔︎ You will need:<br />• pan <br />• bowl <br />• carving board <br /><br /> Preparation: <br />1. Cut stalks off the mushrooms and dice the bulb onion finely. <br />2. Heat a pan, add the vegetable oil and lay out the mushrooms, fry for 10 minutes over low heat stirring occasionally. <br />3. Add the italian seasoning, smoked paprika, ½ tsp of salt, black pepper and bulb onion, keep frying for 4 minutes over medium heat. <br />4. In a deep bowl add the sour cream, mayonnaise, ½ tsp of salt, chopped up garlic and italian blend, stir and leave to brew while the mushrooms frying. <br />5. Add the butter into the pan and keep frying for another 5 minutes stirring. <br />6. Serve your fried mushrooms hot with the garlic sauce.
