Stuffed Chicken Breast. Recipe by Always Yummy!

You will need no more than 30 minutes to cook this tasty meal. Juicy, delicate and baked under cheese pillow this chicken breast will be a perfect dish a family or friends’ dinner. <br /><br />✅ Ingredients:<br />• 2 chicken breasts<br />• bulb onion – 5 oz / 130 g <br />• tomatoes – 6 oz / 170 g <br />• semi-soft cheese – 5 oz / 150 g <br />• 3 eggs<br />• garlic – 2 cloves <br />• mayonnaise – 2 tbsp <br />• ground black pepper – ½ tsp <br />• vegetable oil – 1 tbsp <br />• smoked paprika – 1 tsp <br />• turmeric – ½ tsp <br />• salt – 1 tsp <br /><br />✔︎ You will need:<br />• oven <br />• baking tray or dish <br />• carving board <br />• bowl <br />• grater <br /><br />Preparation: <br />1. Hard-boil the eggs, cool and grate, dice the bulb onion and tomatoes, chop up the garlic and fresh parsley, grate the cheese and lay all into a bowl. <br />2. Add the mayonnaise, ¼ tsp of salt and black pepper each and stir. <br />3. Cut the chicken fillets lengthwise into 2 parts and beat lightly with a meat tenderizer, sprinkle with ¼ tsp of salt and ground black pepper each, paprika and turmeric. <br />4. Brush a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out the fillet in it. <br />5. Lay the mixture of eggs, tomatoes, onion and cheese on each piece of chicken. <br />6. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C and bake the chicken for 20 minutes. <br />7. Serve your oven-baked «a la french» chicken fillet hot.
