The public airing of the Commission of Enquiry into the Paria diving tragedy came to an official end today.<br /><br />The Commission is awaiting one written submission before submitting its conclusions to the State.<br /><br />The Commission does not have legal authority to determine guilt in the matter.<br /><br />However Counsel to the Commission, Senior Counsel Ramesh Lawrence Maharaj, has advised the Commission that both Paria and LMCS bear responsibility for the fatal incident.<br /><br />Rynessa Cutting reports.
