Delicate and juicy chicken fillet roasted in a balmy pesto sauce acc. this recipe is a perfect dish for your dinner, family or holiday feast. It will only take you 35-40 minutes. <br /><br />✅ Ingredients:<br />• 3 chicken breast fillet<br />• mozzarella – ½ cup / 100 g <br />• cherry tomatoes – 1 cup / 200 g <br />• chicken broth – ¼ cup /60 ml <br />• basil pesto – ½ cup / 120 g<br />• lemon juice – 1 tsp <br />• olive oil – 3 tbsp <br />• garlic – 2 cloves <br />• fresh parsley – 1 tbsp / 5 g <br />• ground black pepper – ½ tsp <br />• salt – ½ tsp <br /><br />✅ You will need:<br />• oven <br />• baking dish <br />• pan <br />• bowl <br /><br /> Preparation: <br />1. Lay out the pesto sauce, chopped up garlic, lemon juice and chicken broth in a medium bowl and stir. <br />2. Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and fry the chicken fillet until golden brown over medium heat for 2-3 minutes from each side. Salt and pepper from both sides. <br />3. Brush a baking dish with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, lay out the chicken breasts in it and coat with the prepared sauce. <br />4. Preheat oven to 365°F / 180°C and bake the chicken for 20 minutes. <br />5. Take out the baking dish and put a slice of mozzarella on each fillet. Put back into the oven and bake for 3-4 minutes more to melt the cheese. <br />6.
