If you want to impress your quests and relatives with tasty and exceptional dish this recipe for you. Delicate oven-baked salmon in a sweet and spicy glaze will hit everyone’s taste. Cook such a fish for your holiday dinner or birthday table. The beauty of it is that you will only need 30 minutes for cooking - 25 minutes of that is oven baking. Prepare yourself for delight and gratitude for such a dish. <br /><br />✅ Ingredients:<br />• salmon – 2 lb /800 g <br />• olive oil – 2 tbsp <br />• brown sugar – 2 oz /50 g <br />• soy sauce – ¼ cup /50 ml <br />• garlic – 3 cloves <br />• lemon juice – 2 tbsp <br />• salt – 1 tsp <br />• ground black pepper – ½ tsp <br />• parsley – 2 tspb <br /><br />✅ You will need:<br />• oven <br />• baking sheet <br />• foil <br />• bowl <br /><br /> Preparation: <br />1. In a deep bowl mix the olive oil, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, ½ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of ground black pepper. <br />2. Cover a baking sheet with 2 layers of foil and lay out the salmon onto it, sprinkle with ½ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of ground black pepper. <br />3. Pour the fish with the prepared sauce and wrap the foil as an envelope joining the foil edges well. <br />4. Preheat oven to 350°F /180°C and bake the fish for 20 minutes. <br />5. Take out of the oven, unwrap, pour with the sauce arisen and put the fish back unwrapped for 5 minutes more at 350°F /180°C. <br />6. When serving sprinkle your baked salmon with the chopped parsley and lay the lemon slices on it.
