This hilarious video shows a baby capybara gliding through a pond in Argentina - by riding safely on the back of another one.<br /><br />Ionut Rus, 18, captured the clip whilst watching the wild animals in a park in Nordelta, Buenos Aires, Argentina.<br /><br />The clip shows the baby capybara standing on the back of an adult capybara whilst it swims across a pond toward the edge.<br /><br />Ionut, who is a student, said that this isn’t the first time they’ve seen the comical scene.<br /><br />They said: “This happens very often. Baby capybaras can't swim and so they have to ride on an adult’s back to get around the water.”<br /><br />The animals, known locally as carpinchos, are considered the largest living rodents and are native to South America.<br /><br />This clip was filmed in November 2022.
