Garlic Mushroom Chicken Thighs. Recipe by Always Yummy

Chicken thighs with mushrooms in garlic sauce with rosemary and thyme is a flavored, juicy and mouth-watering dish for your dinner. Takes 25 minutes only of pan cooking. Simple, fast and very tasty! <br /><br />✅ Ingredients:<br />• boneless chicken thighs – 26 oz /750 g <br />• garlic powder – 1 tsp <br />• salt – 1 tsp <br />• ground black pepper – ½ tsp <br />• vegetable oil – 3 tbsp <br />• mushrooms – 9 oz /250 g <br />• butter – 1 oz /30 g <br />• garlic – 4 cloves <br />• fresh parsley – 1 tbsp <br />• dried thyme – ½ tsp <br />• dried rosemary – ½ tsp <br />• water – ½ cup /100 ml <br /><br />✅ You will need:<br />• carving board <br />• pan with a lid <br />• bowl <br /><br /> Preparation: <br />1. Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and lay out the chicken thighs. Sprinkle with the half of garlic powder, ½ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of pepper then turn the chicken and sprinkle with spices likewise. <br />2. Fry the chicken until readiness for 7 minutes from each side over low heat, turning occasionally to not make browned. When half fried cover with a lid for 5 minutes and fry over low heat. <br />3. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, mince the parsley and garlic. <br />4. Take out the chicken into a bowl and add the butter into the pan, lay the mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes over medium heat. <br />5. Add the thyme, rosemary, garlic, parsley, ½ tsp of salt, ¼ tsp of black pepper and water and simmer for a minute over medium heat. <br />6. Add the fried chicken into the pan and stir. Warm up for a minute, switch off the heat and serve your chicken with mushrooms to the table.
