Pork slices marinated in a specially cooked sauce and fried in a pan – juicy, savoury, flavoured and browned Korean-style pork will make your dinner very tasty. <br /><br />✅ Ingredients:<br />• boneless pork loin (chops) – 2 lb / 750 g <br />• vegetable oil –1 tbsp <br />• soy sauce – ¼ cup / 60 ml <br />• honey – 2 tbsp <br />• garlic – 4 cloves <br />• sesame oil – 1 tsp <br />• chopped ginger – 1 tsp <br />• Sriracha sauce – 2 tsp <br />• ground black pepper – ½ tsp <br />• parsley – to taste <br />• green onion – to taste <br /><br />✅ You will need:<br />• pan <br />• bowl <br /><br /> Preparation: <br />1. Marinade: in a deep bowl mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and sriracha sauce. <br />2. Cut the pork into slices 0,5 -0,7 in /1,5-2 cm thick. <br />3. Dip the pork slices into the sauce and leave marinating for 20 minutes at room temperature. <br />4. Heat a pan with vegetable oil and fry the pork for 5 minutes from each side over medium heat. <br />5. Add the remaining marinade and sesame oil in the pan and simmer your Korean-style pork for about 5 minutes over low heat until readiness.
