Here's to another successful project of LTO NCR East in coordination with Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Main Campus, a Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) to students and alumni of PUP. The said project was conducted last January 12-13 and 16-17, 2023.<br /><br />LTO NCR East aimed to lay out road safety education to students which will be the future qualified drivers.
