A $7M contract has been awarded for the repair of a landslip threatening part of the south bound lane of the sir Solomon Hochoy highway.<br /><br />Work on the land parallel to the highway is underway and the Ministry of Works says interruption to traffic flow is not expected.<br /><br />Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh spoke with Minister Rohan Sinanan when he visited the location on Wednesday afternoon.
