There is no need in butter for baking this most delicious chocolate cake. It comes out tender, fluffy, moist and soaked with a special sauce. You won’t need any special skills or rare ingredients yet a result will charm you. This cake will become a favorite treat for adults and children. It is a perfect cake for family or festive dinner. <br /><br />✅ Ingredients:<br />• wheat flour – 9 oz / 260 g <br />• sugar – 14,5 oz / 410 g <br />• cocoa powder – 3 oz / 90 g <br />• baking soda – 2 tsp <br />• salt – 1 tsp <br />• 2 eggs<br />• milk – 10 fi oz / 300 ml <br />• vegetable oil – 8 fl oz / 240 ml <br />• hot water – 3 fl oz / 100 ml <br />• vanillin – 1 tsp <br />• sweetened condensed milk – 8 fl oz / 240 ml <br />• dark chocolate – 5 oz / 130 g <br />• cream 32-35% - 10 fl oz / 300 ml <br />• powdered sugar – 3 oz / 90 g <br />• cocoa powder – 3 oz / 90 g<br />• chocolate chip – to taste <br /><br />✔︎ You will need:<br />• baking tray 9*12*3 in / 23*31*7 cm <br />• oven <br />• deep bowl <br />• mixer or blender <br />• saucepan or small pot <br /><br /> Preparation: <br />1. Into a deep bowl add the sieved flour, baking soda, sugar, 3 oz / 85 g of cocoa powder and salt, mix. <br />2. Add the eggs, 10 fl oz / 300 ml of milk, vegetable oil and vanillin, beat well with a mixer. <br />3. Stirring constantly slowly pour 3 fl oz / 100 ml of hot water into the dough and stir well. <br />4. Brush a baking tray with vegetable oil and pour in the dough. <br />5. Preheat oven to 330°F / 160°C and bake the cake for 45-50 minutes until readiness, check it with a toothpick – insert into the centre of the cake and make sure it comes out dry. <br />6. Heat but not boil the condensed milk in a water bath then add the chocolate and stir well. The chocolate is to melt and mixture is to be smooth. <br />7. Take the cake out of the oven and make holes across the whole cake with a wooden stick 1 in /2-3 cm from each other. Pour the cake with the prepared chocolate paste. <br />8. Put the baking tray with the cake into a fridge for 30 minutes to soak and cool. <br />9. Add the cream into a deep bowl and beat until stiff peaks. Add the powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, stir gently with a spatula or spoon. <br />10. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cake surface. <br />11. Sprinkle the cake with chocolate chips and put into the fridge for an hour. <br /><br />❗️Advices: <br />1. You can add rum or cognac essences into chocolate sauce. <br />2. When serving drizzle the cake with chocolate sauce. <br />3. Keep the cake in a fridge.
