President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. believes he can implement the necessary reforms and effect changes if he stays as the Department of Agriculture (DA) Secretary.<br /><br />Marcos said this as different parties continued to egg him to appoint a full-time Agriculture chief.
