Less than one month to go before carnival and the San Fernando City Corporation is yet to receive funding from the National Carnival Commission.<br /><br /><br />Mayor Junia Regrello says he isn’t sure how much will be allocated this year, but if the NCC sticks to previous releases, he already knows it won’t be enough.<br /><br />Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh tells us more.
