Martyn Hurt is campaigning to make Burnley easier and safer for those with mobility or visual impairments.<br /><br />Talking Newspaper and Guide Dogs say the pedestrianised area of St James's Street, for example, is difficult for people who are blind to navigate because it does not have a physical kerb. Guide dogs find it difficult to tell where the street leads into traffic.
