It's no secret that the business sector in Tobago is not happy with the THA. But, some businessmen are now offering an olive branch to the THA. On Thursday night, they attended 'Let The People Speak.'<br />It's the second installment of a business development series. That series is hosted by the Tobago arm of the Chamber of industry and Commerce. And, it was held at the Scarborough Library auditorium.<br />Elizabeth Williams has the story.
