The Police Service and Social Welfare Association says it's encouraged by the recent progress in the process of appointing a Police Commissioner. Association Head Gideon Dickson tells TV6, the Association finds this current Police Service Commission to be the most transparent.<br /><br /><br />However, the Association intends to write to the PSC requesting the full merit list, if it doesn't receive it this week.
