It’s been a whirlwind two years for the Leeds lads behind a rapidly-expanding gourmet mushroom business - recently featured on the Hairy Bikers’ new BBC show. <br /><br />Yorkshire Mushroom Emporium (YMA) was founded in January 2021 by five friends from school, following a lockdown walk exploring community gardening projects across the city. <br />
