Calypsonians who make it to the finals of the Calypso Monarch competition will be competing for prizes totalling $800,000.<br /><br />But 40 artistes are to compete in the semi-finals first at the New Skinner Park.<br /><br />The TUCO executive made the announcement on Sunday.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
