A man has been arrested for the 2nd time in 2 years for allegedly committing a hate crime. The first time, he was arrested for allegedly threatening Arab-American employees at a local restaurant. This time, he was arrested for brandishing a knife at people in the parking lot of a grocery store while making racist threats.
