A senior police officer says the Police Service is the Mother of security which will be ensuring the safety and security of everyone during the Mother of All Carnivals.<br /><br />It's plan that involves the cancellation of leave in the Police Service for the period and the use of technology such as drones.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
