#short #foodhacks #easymake #easyrecipes <br />Step 1<br />Whisk eggs, sour cream and chives together in jug until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.<br />Step 2<br />Preheat pie maker. Arrange 6 potato gems in each hole. Close lid. Cook for 10 minutes or until tender and just golden.<br />Step 3<br />Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon, stirring occasionally, until browned. Remove from heat.<br />Step 4<br />Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of bacon around potato gems in each hole. Top each with 1 tablespoon egg mixture, then 1 tablespoon cheese. Close lid. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until tops are golden and just set. Carefully transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining potato gems, bacon, egg mixture and cheese.<br />Step 5<br />Dollop with extra sour cream and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce. Serve sprinkled with extra chives.
