Good news for scrap metal dealers.<br /><br />As, from February 24th they'll be able to resume their trade, but not with copper.<br /><br />Also, they must first consent to the police inspecting their operations.<br /><br />This, as a number of matters are being investigated.<br /><br />Most notably a large quantity of copper, which was intercepted at the Port of Port of Spain.<br /><br />Rynessa Cutting has the details from news conference hosted by the Attorney General and the Minister of Trade.
