The Appeal Court has today dismissed the challenge against extending the life of the Councils of all the Municipal Corporations in Trinidad.<br /><br />The challenge was filed by, UNC activist Ravi Balgohin Maharaj's legal team.<br /><br />The Local Government Minister made the announcement in Parliament on Friday.<br /><br />Balgobin, says he plans to take the matter all the way to the Privy Council.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
