Judge Is confronted on several Constitutional & Rule Violations. The Judge Mutes the hearings & refused to let me to talk to my "appointed attorney", hid the transcripts in a "public trial"<br /><br />1987 Philippine Consitution Bill of Right<br /><br />Section 1 Equal Protection - Obviously not protected because I'm a Foreigner & not a Lawyer<br /><br />Section 12 . "If the person cannot afford the services of counsel, he must be provided with one"<br />Section 14 "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall be presumed innocent until the contrary is proved, and shall enjoy the right to be heard by HIMSELF and counsel"<br /><br />Judge Refused to allow me to pass EVIDENCE of perjury to Appointed Lawyer. <br /><br />Section 14. "Right to meet Witness face to face" - Muted the Cross Examination before I was finished consulting with Lawyer or able to ask questions<br /><br />Right to Present evidence - The court has of evidence of CONTRADICTING statements by the witness & ignores it saying its not my turn.<br /><br />Right to Speedy Trial & impartial Trial - 3 Year trial Delayed again until March.
