There's a plea to parents to take full responsibility for their children, to help curb the crime situation.<br /><br />That plea is to parents here in T&T, and also throughout the rest of the region.<br /><br />And, it's a plea coming from prime minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves, of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
