There's never a boring day at CEX, all thanks to incidents like the one shown in this video. <br /><br />Shared by Shanice Ealson, this comically gripping clip features a grumpy man venting to a CEX cashier about a phone he had bought from there. <br /><br />It isn't long before he loses his cool, following which he ends up smashing the phone right there and then. <br /><br />"I was buying a PS4 game and overheard a man kicking off about his phone, so as I stood in the queue, I started recording as I knew he was about to go off," Shanice explained to WooGlobe. "He couldn't get his iPhone to work.
