Off Limits<br /><br />BRP Teresa Magbanua, one of the largest maritime assets of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), directs a Vietnamese-flagged fishing boat off Recto Bank (Reed Bank) on Feb. 10, 2023 to leave the Philippines' Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
