Meet the break-up coach who helps women leave relationships – and lets them bombard her with voice notes and texts all day so they don't "crawl back to their ex".

Sam Weiss, 32, decided to train as a break-up coach in December 2021 after going through her own split.

She says the break-up made her realise she should have left the relationship a year before she did.

Now she helps women who feel "stuck" in their relationships find the courage to end them and helps them heal their broken hearts.

Sam also offers "boxer coaching" where she allows women unlimited access to voice note and text her all day after going through a break-up – to ensure they don’t go crawling back.

Sam - who is now happily single - loves being able to help people and suggests singletons should block their ex on social media "straight away".

Sam, a break-up coach, from Puerto Escondido, Mexico, said: "People are often scared to be alone.

"Or they fear they will never find anyone, so they stay with someone who isn’t quite right.

"I coach people from when they are in the negotiating phase - going back and forth on whether they should leave their partner.

"I offer clarity and make sure they know they are not crazy.

"After a break-up you should stop contact straight away and block them on social media.

"You're going to be constantly wondering what they are up to, so you don’t want to see that.

"You should focus yourself for a while after a break-up.

"Be single and selfish."

Sam claims she gave her relationship "lots of chances" - hoping things were going to change - before finally ending it after two years together.

Now she helps women cut ties earlier but says there are a many reasons they might struggle to break it off with someone.

She said: "A lot of us are invested in a relationship and we think we are stuck and feel like we owe it to them to stay.

"People are also scared of being alone.

"You can feel like your entire identity is attached to this relationship.

"People don’t know how to be alone and start over.

"People think they will never find someone - especially as they approach their 30s.

"So, they stick to what they have got for fear of making a mistake."

Most of Sam’s clients come to her when in the negotiating phase.

She says this where they don’t know if they should end the relationship – and she encourages them to talk to their partner before coming to her.

She said: "Most of the time it is the fear holding them back."

Sam will offer them clarity on their situation and once they break off a relationship, she is still on hand to heal their broken hearts.

Sam said: "They can have unlimited access to voice note and text me all day.

"I help reframe their mindset and make sure they don’t go back.

"It’s common for people to go back to a relationship.

"For me cutting complete contact helped me move on 10 times faster.

"Later down the line you can be friends with your ex - depending on how you broke up.

"People feel bad cutting contact but it doesn’t mean you can never be friends with them in the future."

Sam also offers advice on when women might know it is time to leave a relationship.

She said: "If you keep having feelings of wanting to leave it’s a big sign unless you have anxious attachment.

"Or if you're trying to seek out a sign.

"If you know your values don’t align in the future – that’s a huge thing to look for.

"If you can’t even communicate well in an argument that is a warning sign.

"I always say to people if you were to write your wedding vows now what would you say about your partner.

"If you can’t say anything good, it’s a clear indicator they are not adding value to your life."

Sam loves being able to help women escape relationships that are not working out for them and encourages them to not jump straight back into dating after a split.

She said: "I’m happily single and have taken to time heal and focus on myself.

"I’ve fallen in love with myself.

"Be single and selfish."
