Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadhil says he wants to rebuild the Finas board members and has submitted a candidate to be appointed chairman following the recent Attorney-General revelation of monies channelled from the Digital Content Fund.<br /><br />He was speaking at a forum organised by the Concorde Club in Kuala Lumpur on Monday.
