'FRUITFUL' DISCUSSIONS<br /><br />European Union Parliament's Human Rights Subcommittee Vice Chairman Hannah Neumann on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023, tells Senate reporters that the discussions between their delegation and the Philippine senators about the war on drugs and other human rights issues were "fruitful." Sen.
