Eric Watt’s exhibition showcasing his photographs of Glasgow from the 1950s until the 1990s will be coming to a close in early March, so this will be your last chance to check it out. <br /><br />The striking display has been in place at Kelvingrove Art Gallery for almost a year, showing the complexity of Glasgow and the way it has changed over time. <br /><br />It is also your last opportunity to see the art work of 95-year-old Thomas McGoran, which is being displayed at the Forge shopping centre. <br /><br />The self-taught painter was inspired by Glasgow, and said his last wish is for people to see his work before he dies. <br /><br />And, from the entrepreneurs behind Six By Nico, a new patisserie has opened on Byres Road. <br /><br />Valaria Bakery is the first of its kind for the firm and offers exquisite cakes, pastries, and cookies. <br /><br />CEO Nico Simone said its not just about the food, but also the experience, and you can enjoy the treats inside the pastel restaurant.
