First buy back offers made to Northern Rivers flood affected regions

The first buy-back offers have been made to residents in some of the most vulnerable flood zones in the state's Northern Rivers region. Almost one year on from the catastrophic floods, the Premier says he doesn't want to repeat mistakes of the past.
