Birmingham headlines 23 February: Dramatic footage shows raid at Jewellers in Sparkbrook<br />Five men were convicted of carrying out a daytime raid at a jewellers in Sparkbrook, stealing £300,000 worth of 22 carat gold jewellery. Five men were found guilty of conspiracy to rob and possessing an offensive weapon and will be sentenced next month.<br /><br />Footage released by the National Crime Agency shows the moment a Vietnamese people smuggler was arrested. Hai Xuan Le smuggled people from Vietnam to the UK in the back of lorries while living in Handsworth.
