There are presently just over 100 criminal gangs in this country.<br /><br />That is the latest data provided by a Deputy Police Commissioner to Parliament's Joint Select Committee today.<br /><br />This, as the Police Service is seeking to "shut down" the business model behind the larceny of motor vehicles.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
