Second top-ranking NT police officer testifies at Kumanjayi Walker inquiry

The second most senior officer in the NT police has given wide-ranging testimony at the coronial inquest into the death of Kumanjayi Walker, telling the court that the force needs 300 more officers to meet the demand for its services.
