Ozy Media Founder and CEO Carlos Watson was arrested for his involvement in the company's fraud scheme. Ozy Media's ex-COO was also arrested and pled guilty to charges against him. Ozy Media allegedly committed conspiring to commit securities fraud and wire fraud, as well as impersonating several media execs.
