Dramatic footage shows the moment a runaway driver led police on a terrifying high-speed chase before he was found hiding in a POND.<br />Orges Hoxha, 24, failed to stop for officers who had tried to pull him over in Mansfield Woodhouse, Notts., shorty before 8.30pm on February 27 this year.<br />He floored the accelerator before driving off erratically and hit speeds in excess of 80mph in a 30mph zone as he desperately tried to get away.<br />Shocking dash-cam footage shows the Toyota Yaris dangerously driving on the opposite side of the road and overtaking other cars as traffic cops gave chase.<br />Hoxha, of Warsop, was jailed for ten months and banned from driving for two years at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court.
