A woman living in Cape Town, South Africa has shared an amazing video featuring her eldest daughter's emotional reunion with her grandma. <br /><br />The footage kicks off with Nuriyah Gallow pretending to take a photo of her partner and kids. That's when her mother (and the kids' grandma) suddenly appears behind them and gives the girls a pleasant surprise. <br /><br />"Nona (gran) had been away in Australia for eight months and decided to return to South Africa," Nuriyah said. "We kept her return a secret from my kids and this was the moment she surprised my eldest daughter, Giana.<br /><br />"The toddler in the video, who had a little fall, is my third born.
