The Housing Development Corporation is responding to the visit at its Port of Spain Head Office by Watson Duke.<br /><br /><br />While Duke is seeking an audience with management, the HDC tells TV6 there is a procedure in place for meeting its with residents and as such they are to follow that procedure.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher tells us more.
