This weekend tri-athletes were in deep preparation for two major upcoming events the Above Average Fitness triathlon and the Rainbow Cup late this year.<br /><br />And the 868 Triathlon club hosted a Funathlon race at Las Cuevas to give athletes some much needed time in the water.<br /><br />CARIFTA bound 12 year-old Josiah Alexander took part in the event and reflected on the experience.<br /><br />
