This country does not have a foreign exchange crisis.<br /><br />That's according to Finance Minister Colm Imbert.<br /><br />Instead he describes the situation as a foreign exchange shortage.<br /><br />The minister made the statement during his meeting with a visiting trade mission from Jamaica.<br /><br />He also said he's not going to devalue the TT Dollar, because it's not necessary.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
