Officers were called to Bullock Close, Mansfield Woodhouse, at 1.15am on Saturday, March 11, following reports of a disturbance.<br /><br />‘Concerned’ residents have wished a police officer a speedy recovery after news broke that the officer had suffered a serious head wound after being attacked by an armed man in Mansfield Woodhouse over the weekend.
