The rescue operation at a gas explosion in Swansea has come to an end after 1 man was found dead and three others were taken to hospital, including a child who has since been discharged. Many people in the area have since been left unable to go home, and the council have said temporary accommodation is being provided. <br /><br />Second home owners and those with long-term empty properties in Cardiff will now pay more in council tax.
