The Works Minister says anyone "taking a truck and dumping old concrete" in potholes in an attempt at road repair is creating "a very dangerous situation."<br /><br />He is calling on those eager to conduct such road repairs to contact the Works and Transport Ministry so that a partnership can occur to ensure that such paving works are done according to standard.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
