A CYCLIST ended up in “deep shit as he competed in the Grand Prix de Denain race.<br /><br />AG2R Citroen Team cyclist Stan Dewulf, 25, was left with a bad taste following the now-viral incident this week in France.<br /><br />UAE Team Emirates star Juan Sebastian Molano won the annual race.<br /><br />However, it was Dewulf, rather than the Colombian, who has stolen the headlines after his unfortunate crash.<br /><br />And even the commentator was struggling to contain her laughter as the Belgian hurtled off the road straight into a huge pile of manure.<br /><br />GCN Racing announcer Jode Been said between chuckles: “Ooh that is going to be smelly.<br /><br />“That is going to be one smelly crash there from the AG2R rider - going straight into that mountain of manure!”<br /><br />Even the GCN Racing Twitter account saw the funny side as they shared the footage along with the caption: “Luckily Stan_Dewulf1 had a soft landing when crashing at #GPDenain today…manure!<br /><br />Fortunately, the rider escaped unscathed and even continued the race and afterward he saw the funny side as he wrote on Instagram: "You could that I had a shit day. Literally."<br /><br />It did not take long for Dewulf’s misfortune to go viral as the comments started to flood in.
