The Rotary Club of Felicity Charlieville has given out over 4,500 wheelchairs to date, through an initiative which began 15 years-ago.<br /><br /><br />On Sunday, another set was presented to people in need.<br /><br /><br />Reporter Alicia Boucher and Cameraman Brandon Benoit bring you the story.
