The Sir John Cockle pub, on Sutton Road, Mansfield, offers small businesses the chance to trade between 8am and 2pm every Wednesday in the pub car park free of charge.<br /><br />The community initiative is affectionately known as ‘Cockle Stalls’ by pub owners Laura and Ryan James, who took on the pub last year.<br /><br />A selection of businesses set up shop each Wednesday as hundreds of shoppers flock to the car park for weekly essentials.
