The Ministry of Energy would be using aerial photography to ascertain the level of illegal quarrying in the country.<br /><br /><br />This was revealed at a Public Accounts Committee in which the Ministry was taken to task for failing to provide information to the Committee.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher has more in this report.
